RETURNS

Items can be returned direct to TWB within 14 days for a full refund. All returns must be completed in our Liverpool showroom.

We cannot accept returns by post under any circumstances.

We will endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 days of receipt of returned item(s)

Undamaged and correctly returned items will be credited using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately on 03300 50 30 10 or email info@the-watch-boutique.co.uk and we will rectify the situation.

TWB cannot accept returns for items that have been altered or engraved.

Please follow the above procedures. All returns to our showroom must be accompanied with a completed returns form. We will be pleased to return your order where the request will be processed in accordance with our returns terms and conditions.
